MindShift was born from a simple but powerful belief: work should feel a little bit better.
Before stepping into the world of tech startups, Brooke Parham earned her Master’s in Counseling and Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, focusing on mindfulness-based therapies like MBSR and MBCT. Her early career was rooted in working with teens in New York City—a formative and necessary experience that sharpened her ability to lead with empathy, communicate with clarity, and center emotional intelligence in everything she did.
As Brooke transitioned into tech, she brought those values with her. Over the next 10 years, she thrived in fast-paced startup environments, leading Customer Success teams and managing large-scale strategic partnerships within the software industry. But no matter the industry or title, she saw the same patterns repeat: overwork, burnout, and disconnection.
MindShift emerged as her response. A fusion of her clinical foundation and business experience, it’s a modern approach to mental well-being at work—designed to create space for calm, clarity, and connection in even the busiest environments. Certified in Organizational Mindfulness (OMI-100), she leads mindfulness programs for organizations of all sizes. Her mission is to bridge the gap between wellness services being offered and actually applying them for a better working life. Living in the present moment is a choice, which most people don’t realize they have. She hopes to contribute to more conscious working communities and ultimately, happier employees.
